As President, Ali plays a pivotal role in business development and strategic intelligence, ensuring Project One’s position as a leading national provider. A proud member of the Hispanic community, Ali also represents Project One as a minority- and woman-owned business. With her strong business acumen and commitment to professionalism, she leads with a focus on caring for her team and maximizing their potential.

Keith, Senior Vice President, brings a global perspective to his role, having lived in various regions across the U.S. and around the world. This diverse background allows him to deeply understand the unique needs and demographics of clients across the country.

Born in Idaho Springs, Colorado, Jeremy grew up exploring the mountains before moving with his family to Wisconsin, where he became a passionate Green Bay Packers fan. After nearly 20 years in Pensacola, Florida, he earned a B.S. in Secondary Education from Pensacola Christian College. Jeremy later transitioned to business and accounting, working as a bookkeeper while pursuing an MBA and M.S. in Accounting to earn his CPA license. In 2023, he joined Project One as Senior Accountant, supporting leadership in finance and operations. He now lives in North Carolina with his wife, Lauren.

Nate Horton, born in Oregon and raised on Palawan Island in the Philippines, holds a B.S. in Commercial Art. He began his career as a designer and illustrator at A Beka Book Publications before transitioning into television, radio, and later founding Innovative Graphics. After 25 years, Nate shifted to the building industry, founding Mountain Construction Services, Inc., known for excellence. He joined Project One full-time in July 2024, following years as a contractor.

Nate and his wife, Tamara, have nine children, seven adopted, and live in Montana’s Flathead Valley. He values faith, family, coffee, home projects, and hosting guests.

Justin Yoder, originally from Glendale, Arizona, now lives in Surprise, Arizona, after spending three years in Florida. With a decade of experience in customer service, sales, and the nonprofit sector, he is passionate about building connections and fostering relationships. In August 2023, he joined Project One, drawn by its alignment with his values after years in corporate America.

Justin began his career managing junior high athletics and a student technology program at a K-12 charter school, introducing iPads into classrooms. In 2017, he completed leadership training at Christ Church of the Valley’s Leadership Institute, combining biblical principles with corporate leadership skills. He later served as a Student Pastor in Jacksonville, Florida, before transitioning to the insurance industry.

Justin and his wife, who met at the Leadership Institute, have been married for eight years. They have a two-year-old son and a doodle dog. Together, they enjoy camping, hiking, and hosting backyard BBQs while settling into their first home. Justin’s faith and relationship with Christ are central to his life, guiding him as a husband, father, and leader.

Andreas Pluntke, originally from Geneva, Switzerland, resides in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and Management and moved to Phoenix in 2001 to marry and start a new chapter. Andreas began his career managing engineering administrative and sales teams before founding his own firm in 2009, which grew to a team of nine. In 2024, he joined Project One, focusing on developing the construction division and delivering exceptional client service. A devoted father of four, Andreas enjoys sports, outdoor activities, tennis, and fostering deep connections with his family, faith, and community.

Katy, born in Germany, now resides in Denver, Colorado, bringing extensive management and finance experience in the restaurant, real estate, and construction industries. She joined Project One in July 2024 and holds dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Business Management. A mother of two teenage boys and three dogs, Katy enjoys a vibrant life filled with board games, movie nights, and adventures. Her passions include baking, crafting, coffee, and treasure-hunting at thrift stores, all while cherishing time with family, faith, and her furry companions.

Kyle Frey, a lifelong resident of Peoria, Arizona, joined Project One in October 2023, bringing diverse experience as a technician, warehouse manager, insurance agent, landlord, and property manager. A Grand Canyon University graduate with a B.A. in Communication, Kyle is also trained in personal lines insurance. He and his wife, Allie, have been together for 11 years and are devoted parents to their son, Luka. Kyle enjoys pool, bowling, custom holster crafting, grilling on his Blackstone, and performing Poi. He actively engages in his family’s hobbies, reflecting his commitment to shared experiences

Kevin Martin, a Client Account Associate at Project One since December 2023, brings over a decade of experience in Sales, Inventory Analysis, and Purchasing. Starting as a dog bather at PetSmart in 2012, he rose to Inventory Analyst and later worked as a Purchasing Agent at the Translational Genomics Research Institute.

Kevin’s faith and family are his foundation. He and his wife, Jess, a Pediatric Oncology Research Nurse, have four talented daughters passionate about competitive dance. A proud “Dance Dad,” Kevin also enjoys church involvement, travel, and exploring new places.

Joe Huskey lives in the scenic hills of Cleveland, Tennessee. Originally from Louisville, Texas, Joe earned a B.S. in Business Management from Pensacola Christian College. Starting as a landscaper, he transitioned to sales before joining Project One in 2024 as a Junior Accountant, modernizing outdated systems. Joe and his wife, Alana, recently bought a home in Tennessee, which they are remodeling together while planning to grow their family. In his free time, Joe enjoys treasure hunting at garage sales, home projects, sport shooting, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Sam Winham, a third-generation Arizonan, lives in Glendale with his wife and three sons. For over 30 years, he ran a successful flooring company, building strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and distributors while mastering project management and construction. Sam earned a Fire Science degree and later joined the Small Business Administration as a Construction Analyst for disaster relief. In 2024, he joined Project One, combining his expertise with the team’s leadership. Sam values quality work and integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors with his family, horseback riding, off-roading, and hunting with their two bird dogs.
