From the outset of their careers, Ali and Keith Horton focused on one core mission: delivering fast, effective, and relationship-driven service that surpassed anything competitors could offer. Their commitment to this goal led them to gain invaluable experience across various manufacturing, logistics, and service industries. This diverse expertise ultimately inspired the creation of Project One.
The mission of Project One is simple yet broad – Care • Serve • Impact. Ali and Keith began to serve one single client, Starbucks Coffee, in the Mountain West region with repair & maintenance service tickets in 2018, and Project One was officially started in early 2019, all with the mission to care, serve, and impact the people that Ali and Keith were privileged to interact and conduct business with.

As President, Ali plays a pivotal role in business development and strategic intelligence, ensuring Project One’s position as a leading national provider. A proud member of the Hispanic community, Ali also represents Project One as a minority- and woman-owned business. With her strong business acumen and commitment to professionalism, she leads with a focus on caring for her team and maximizing their potential.
Keith, Senior Vice President, brings a global perspective to his role, having lived in various regions across the U.S. and around the world. This diverse background allows him to deeply understand the unique needs and demographics of clients across the country.
Keith’s career has been marked by overcoming challenges and building strong, lasting relationships. Whether starting out with limited resources or working directly on job sites, his dedication to client satisfaction has always been rooted in providing a concierge-level service and fostering meaningful connections.
Keith and Ali Horton, Senior Vice President and President respectively, have birthed and built Project One into the organization it currently exists to be, and with the intention of blessing people, Ali and Keith find themselves blessed to lead a team that shares the same mission, vision, values, and strategies as they do.
