Client Account Associates manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Our Client Account Associates achieve this by developing positive relationships and handling client needs, generating new sales using existing clients and seeking new clients, ensuring repeat business and ensure that clients are satisfied with company products and services, and managing on-call and after-hours responsibilities to bring confidence to our clients. Our Client Account Associates foundational purpose is create a belief in the client that they are taken care of 24/7 with exceptional service.
Maintenance Technicians work with our Repair & Maintenance and Construction Teams to provide service solutions for our clients. Responsibilities and skills for a general maintenance technician include drywall, tilework, flooring, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, basic carpentry, and a variety of general handyman skills. We also offer appliance maintenance to our clients, and the maintenance technicians to serve in this capacity typically have skills including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing appliances or small to large equipment such as warming units, cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems. Key tasks for an appliance maintenance technician include reading diagrams, communicating with manufacturers for parts identification, and installing parts.
In both roles, the technicians are expected to complete work orders with documentation and supporting photos, working in a clean workspace, and appropriately presenting Project One and our client. The roles require maintaining safe practices, managing an organized service vehicle, and ensuring productivity aligns with company standards.
